1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:

• Account Information: Your name, phone number, and role within your organization (e.g., owner, operator, worker).
• Location Data: GPS location is collected when you mark attendance to verify your presence at a work site. Location is only accessed when you actively use the attendance feature.
• Business Data: Work logs, machine assignments, financial records, inventory data, and attendance records entered by you or your organization's administrator.
• Device Information: Device type and operating system version for compatibility purposes.
• Photos & Camera: Images you choose to upload for work logs or site documentation. We do not access your camera or photo library without your explicit action.
• Contacts: Accessed only when you choose to select a contact to add as a client or customer. We do not store or upload your contact list to our servers.
• Microphone: Accessed only when you choose to record a voice message or audio note within the app. Audio is not recorded without your explicit action.
• Log Data: Our servers (managed by Firebase) may automatically record information that your device sends whenever you use the application, such as error logs and usage statistics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide fleet management, attendance tracking, and financial reporting features.
• Verify worker attendance at designated work sites via geolocation.
• Generate reports and statements for your organization's use.
• Send push notifications related to your assignments and business operations.
• Provide authorized access to specific features based on user roles (e.g., Owner, Operator, Worker).
• Improve the reliability and performance of the application.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is securely stored on Google Firebase (Firestore Database and Firebase Storage), which is compliant with international data protection standards. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and role-based access control to ensure only authorized users can access your organization's data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• Within your organization: Administrators of your registered business account can view data entered by workers and operators under their organization.
• Service Providers: We use Google Firebase as our backend infrastructure. Their privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your organization's account is active on the platform. Business owners may request complete deletion of all their organization's data through the in-app data deletion feature available under Profile > Settings. Upon request, all associated records in our database and file storage will be permanently deleted.

6. Children's Privacy

Earth Movers Pro is designed for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your personal data by contacting us or using the in-app deletion feature.
• Withdraw consent for location, camera, microphone, or contacts access at any time via your device's permission settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
